Backed by an incredible line up of some of the city’s finest musicians, Michaela will perform much of the rich catalogue that established Donny as one of soul’s most important figures. The evening will also honour some of the iconic duets originally recorded with the great Roberta Flack, where Michaela will be joined by some very special guests.
Michaela has made her mark in the city’s soul community with more than a decade spent performing and working in various capacities as a sought-after vocalist.
This will be Michaela’s debut headline feature show at JazzLab, following her appearances at the club earlier in the year alongside Thando in their highly successful show, Chanteuse Chanteuse.
